• Temporary chats graduate more naturally — Draft and temporary threads now promote into the main chat flow more predictably, with clearer naming and steadier routing once work becomes real.

  Disposable-thread helpers were renamed around temporary-thread behavior, ChatView and sidebar state now share the promotion path, and timeline coverage guards the new handoff from temporary work into durable chat rows.

• Archived chats are easier to recover — Archive actions now use an undo toast instead of an interrupting confirmation dialog, so cleaning up threads is faster while still giving you a quick escape hatch.

  The sidebar archive flow, shared toast primitive, settings surfaces, environment panel hints, and threadArchive helper now cooperate around immediate archive plus undo behavior.

• Pending inputs and work rows feel calmer — User-input prompts, queued composer state, work rows, tool details, markdown spacing, and composer preview surfaces were tightened so active sessions scan better.

  Composer pending-input panels now float more cleanly in the stack, queued headers and work rows have focused coverage, and shared rendering helpers reduce small inconsistencies across tool and diff displays.

• macOS icon refreshes after app updates — The desktop app now refreshes macOS icon caches on startup/update paths so Dock and Finder icons are less likely to stay stale after an icon change.

  A dedicated macOS icon-cache refresh helper was added to the desktop main process with coverage for the app-support marker, cache invalidation command, and platform gating.

• Settings, heatmaps, and labels got a tidy pass — The settings route, activity heatmap export, share cards, model/traits pickers, sidebar labels, and dark-mode composer border all received small polish fixes.

  This release cleans up settings panel primitives, aligns heatmap and diff-rendering helpers, restores a dark-mode composer input border, simplifies repeated labels, and trims a handful of dense UI edges.
